For this acai smoothie bowl, I used: - 1 frozen banana - 1/2 frozen acai pack. I used the Sambazon frozen packs. - 1 tea spoon acai powder (optional). I used the Navita's Organics brand for this ingredient. - 1/2 cup blueberries. - 2 large strawberries. - 1 table spoon maple syrup. - 1/3 cup coconut water. *You want to add the coconut water slowly to make sure you get a thick, ice cream like consistency. Blend the ingredients together. Serve in a bowl topped with oats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, and strawberries. You may add coconut flakes, more maple syrup, and other toppings you enjoy.
